Leola Elementary School-Conestoga Valley School District -Leola PA
This project included the tear off of 25,000 square feet of slate shingles, which 90% of them were salvaged for use on other projects. The roof was re-shingled with CertainTeed’s Highland Slate shingles. It also included a 6,000 square foot tear off and new installation of a fully adhered EPDM system with a 20-year Labor & Material Warranty.

This project was a complete tear-off of extremely deteriorated slate shingles and was re-shingled with an Owens Corning Oakridge Lifetime shingle.
